These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the User") and Darren Lightfoot trading as InkRoom Solutions ("we", "us", "InkRoom Solutions") regarding your access to and use of the InkRoom Solutions platform, including all tools, features and content made available at inkroomsolutions.com (the "Platform").
By registering an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
InkRoom Solutions is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for professionals in the commercial print industry. The Platform currently includes:
We reserve the right to add, modify or remove features at any time. Where changes materially affect your use of the Platform we will endeavour to notify you in advance by email.
To use the Platform you must create an account by providing your name and email address and setting a password. You are responsible for:
You must not share your account with others or allow third parties to access the Platform using your credentials.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial giving full access to all Platform features. No payment card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial period, access to the Platform's tools will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is retained throughout and after any trial period.
Following the free trial, continued access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. The following plans are currently available:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. InkRoom Solutions does not store or handle your payment card details directly. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. On cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, in which case no refund will be issued.
All job records, settings and data you create on the Platform belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. Your data is stored securely in a dedicated database with row-level security ensuring no other user can access it. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter does not infringe the rights of third parties.
We strongly recommend using the built-in Excel export feature to maintain regular backups of your data.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
The Platform, its design, code, content and branding are the intellectual property of Darren Lightfoot trading as InkRoom Solutions and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Your data remains yours. We are granted a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkRoom Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where the changes are material, notify you by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
